Exercises

Learn the person: four moments and two scenes

Each moment describes only what you could see and hear, and what one person has told you. First pick out what you actually observed. Then decide what it supports, and pick the smallest reasonable next action. What a person tells you is about her. It is not about anyone else. "Insufficient information" is a real answer, and sometimes the best one.
