Stronger than a gesture: eight moments
These eight moments are written for this course. Each describes only what you could see and hear. Say what you observed, which explanations fit it, what you would still want to know, and the smallest reasonable next step. The moments run from a single gesture to something the person said plainly. "Insufficient information" is a real answer when the evidence is thin, and it is not the answer when someone has told you.
